What it is
A short explanation, in plain terms.
We visit your school and scan the spaces you want shown — entrance, hallways, classrooms, library, gym, cafeteria. Those scans become one connected walkthrough that opens in a web browser. A family clicks a link, moves through the building room by room, and looks around at their own pace. There is nothing to install, and it works the same on a phone, a tablet, or a school laptop.
How it works
Three steps, start to finish.
- We agree on the routeYou tell us which spaces to include and when the building is free. Scanning is done outside instructional hours.
- We scan on siteOne visit. Our equipment captures each space; staff and students are not photographed.
- You get a linkWe host the finished tour and send you a link plus embed code for your website. Typical delivery is 2–3 business days after the scan.
What you receive
- An interactive 3D walkthrough of the spaces we scanned, hosted for you
- A link you can send to families, and embed code for your own website
- Still images pulled from the scan, usable in newsletters and enrollment packets
Practical questions
Will this disrupt the school day?
No. Scanning happens outside instructional hours — after dismissal, on a professional day, or during a break.
Are students or staff in the tour?
No. We scan empty spaces. If someone walks through a shot, we rescan that area.
Do families need an app?
No. The tour opens in any web browser on a phone, tablet, or computer.
Can we put it on our own website?
Yes. You get embed code alongside the link, so it can live on your admissions or enrollment page.
How much of the building has to be included?
Only what you choose. Some schools scan a single wing; others do the whole building.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the space and how much you want covered. Tell us about your building and we'll put a number to it.
